Typical Fractional GC engagements include advice and counsel on day-to-day questions and operations, contract review and negotiation, dispute resolution, employment issues, and legal considerations around growth, new programs, and initiatives.
All in-scope services are included and unlimited, with no additional fees or unexpected bills.
Because invoices are not based on hours, cost is not a barrier and clients are free to seek counsel on matters large and small.
You can call or email your lawyer with a quick question and not wonder how much it will cost, or if it will not be as “quick” as you thought—it’s included either way.
How much does Fractional GC cost?
Fractional GC pricing starts as low as $1,000 per month, but varies based on factors such as desired scope of services, size of your organization, and anticipated legal needs.
Because Mark works with each client to customize a Fractional GC scope and pricing, there is no pre-defined menu of packages to choose from.
